Simon is a youth worker that specialises in detached youth work projects with his organisation Agenzija Zghazagh, in Malta. The agency came to life through Erasmus+ funding. It has developed a new service in the Cottonera area of southern Malta that assigns youth workers to work in drop-in youth centres, in schools and on the streets. Simon runs this service, coordinates the youth workers’ team and engages local community stakeholders.
