Charalambos is an active trainer with three youth organisations: Citizens in Power, Cyprus Youth Council and Youth Express Network. As a member of the pool of trainers at the Cyprus Youth Council, he works with youth using the non-formal education method. He also participates in the Youth Ambassadors project, which fosters implementation of the structured dialogue for youth, and strives for greater social participation by young people through capacity building and training activities. Charalambos’ initial contact with the EU was by becoming a Blue Book trainee, which instilled his passion for European values and sharpened his leadership skills.
