Pernille’s passion for youth work was ignited by her experience as a participant in Inception, an Erasmus+ project based on cooperation, communication and reflection, in which 58 teenagers from Gjøvik (Norway) and Petrozavodsk (Russia) participated in different activities in Russia and in Norway. Through this, she was inspired to successfully campaign against the closure of the Youth House, a community centre for young people in her hometown of Gjøvik – and to make a documentary about it.
