As a student, Lara knew she loved to write and to travel. Ten years, many miles and a life-changing Erasmus+ training experience in France later, and she today coordinates Work in Progress (WIP4EU), a European project hub based in Lecce, Southern Italy, and supported by Erasmus+. The hub connects local authorities, business and non-profit associations, matches EU project managers’ competences to local needs and co-creates project design based around social entrepreneurship for community development.
