Hey, Team — here’s a quick breakdown of one of the moves from Day 7 of the Strength & Power 10-Day Challenge. https://gofb.info/StrengthPowerWithBrianDay7
This is the Single Arm Floor Press with a Single-Leg Glute Bridge Hold, and trust me, it hits more than you think. We’re talking glutes, core, chest, and even shoulder stability.
In the workout, we move fast, so I wanted to slow it down here and walk you through it. I’ll show you the version we use (ipsilateral — same arm/same leg up), then the contralateral option (opposite arm/leg), and a simple regression if you’re still building up.
This is a solid functional strength move — pressing while stabilizing your whole body. Try them all, pick what feels right for you, and come back to let me know which version you went with.
