This restorative flow led by yoga and Pilates instructor Phyllicia Victoria will relax your body and mind. Through a series of slow movements, you'll begin to bring your heart rate down. Victoria has included Crescent Lunge Twist, Side Angle, and Peaceful Warrior poses to stretch your muscles. You'll finish by taking an Easy Seat to ground your body with deep breaths.
