Britain and the EU say they have reached a Brexit deal on the UK's withdrawal from the European Union. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is hailing it as a "great new deal" and urging the UK parliament to approve it this week. EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier laid out the terms of the deal in a speech, including border and customs issues between EU member Ireland and Northern Ireland, which is part of the UK. But Johnson's Northern Irish allies in parliament, the DUP, say they do not plan to back the deal.
