The British parliament has voted to delay its departure from the European Union. Lawmakers voted strongly in favor of asking the EU to postpone Brexit for at least three months. But any delay has to be approved by all 27 remaining EU countries, and they have signalled they will only do so if there is a specific reason or a fundamental shift in Britain's approach to Brexit.
