British Prime Minister Theresa May has won the backing of her cabinet for a draft deal on leaving the European Union. Her next challenge will be steering the agreement through a divided British parliament. After 18 months of negotiations, the United Kingdom and the European Union have published their 585-page draft deal, which includes a financial settlement and a customs union backstop to prevent a hard border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
