Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May has postponed the parliamentary vote on her Brexit deal that she was widely expected to lose. She hopes other EU countries will be prepared to back changes to the deal. But Brussels has repeatedly said it won’t renegotiate. May is heading to Berlin to seek the support of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
