European Union leaders have agreed to delay the Brexit process, postponing it to beyond March 29th. Britain is being offered a delay until May 22nd, but only if Britain's parliament next week approves the withdrawal deal that has been negotiated with the EU. If British lawmakers do not do so, the EU will back a shorter delay until April 12th.
