The UK Parliament has dealt Prime Minister Theresa May another big blow. On the day Britain was supposed to leave the EU, British lawmakers rejected the withdrawal deal she negotiated with Brussels, for the third time. Now Britain could crash out of the EU without a deal on April 12. After the vote, the mood on the streets was somber, as Britain and the EU alike go from a state of Brexit from Brexit fatigue to outright Brexit malaise.
