More than 700,000 Rohingya Muslims fled a military crackdown in Myanmar two years ago. Most of them ended up in refugee camps in Bangladesh, without access to adequate shelter, basic supplies and health care. Now they're also being denied education. From the Bangladeshi government's perspective, setting up schools confers a state of permanence, one that would encourage Rohingyas to settle down.
