Peronist center-left candidate Alberto Fernandez will be Argentina's next president after taking 48% of the vote in a contest dominated by concerns about the economy. Incumbent President Mauricio Macri conceded defeat and will hand over the reins on December 10th. But is Alberto Fernandez the man who can cure Argentina's economic troubles?
