AMC Mail Bag - Will Batman Overshadow Superman In MAN OF STEEL 2? When's The Next FRIDAY THE 13TH?

Telus Avery writes: Hey everyone love the show. I've been watching for a few months now. My question is about Superman. With the Man of Steel sequel on its way I've noticed that this is becoming more about Batman than Superman. People are even wondering if certain Batman villains are go are going to make an appearance. I first thought this was a great idea having the two superheroes together but now not so much because Batman is overshadowing Superman. Do you think this will hurt Superman having another stand alone film since people will now expect to see Batman? I fear that it will and Superman will just be pushed to a supporting character.



Zach Clifton writes: Hello AMC! Love the show I've been watching since April! I have a question that I hope you can get to: In one of the episodes of AMC Movie Talk that I watched recently John mentioned something about Marvel not being able to use Galactus in an Avengers movie because the rights belonged to Fox. But more recently I've been finding articles all over the web that say Marvel might get the rights back to him and the Silver Surfer. Do you know anything about this and whether it's true or not? Daniel Mimbela writes: Hey guys love the show. I have two questions. With with the two Hercules movies coming out if they do well do you think that it's possible that we could get a Xena: Warrior Princess movie?



Luis Maya writes: Hi movie talkers! I love your show and the new studio, keep up the great work. My question was this since Noah is coming and to me it seems like it's going to be an epic movie. Will we see more bible based movies like the book of judges? Samson and Gideon would be good movies in my opinion.



Ian Brown writes: Hey guys, love your show. So I heard that Paramount was going to make a sequel for the 2009 Friday the 13th in 2015. I don't know if this is just a rumor or official, just want to hear your guys thoughts on this.



Daniel Hooper writes: Greetings and salutations. My question is why is josh holloway aka james sawer ford from lost not in more movies is it because of the character he played in lost and they dont want that type of character on screen or is it him as a person i loved him on lost and would love to see more of him.
