On today's AMC Mail Bag (Thursday September 26th, 2013) the user-submitted questions we address are as follows:
Donnie Anderson writes: My question is regarding to Crank, I had just seen Crank: High Voltage and it made me have a look of confusion on my face but the movie was pretty good. Do you think there can be a sequel? What're your thoughts about it? Thanks guys, keep it up!
Rick Gross writes: Hey guys, Rick here. I love the show and my day didn't feel complete yesterday without my daily dose of movie news. My question is about MOS 2. We know that Bruce Wayne will be in the next movie and more than likely Lex Luthor as well, and rumors have speculated that these two Billionaires could be involved with cleaning up Metropolis. But then I remembered there is a third Billionaire in DC, Oliver Queen. Do you think we could meet him as well, not necessarily as Green Arrow, but just a nod to the audience to let us know he is there too. Thanks and keep up the great work:)
Edward Crane writes: Hey guys love the show. i have 2 questions. 1. Do you think if fantastic beasts and where to find them was released in 2015, it could have beat Batman vs. Superman in the movie war? 2. Do you think that this movie will share the same magical wonder of the 1st two films or be like the others and have a slightly dark yet fun experience? Thanks for the show and have a good one!
Simon Blakemore writes: Hello amc your show is awesome its a great source of movie news my question is about Batman with there being an older Batman an all the things that we heard about him I.E he's seasoned more experience superhero an all that in this new DC cinematic universe that do you think warner brothers an Zack Snyder are setting him up to be the leader of the justice league in the justice league movie if Warner brothers decides to make a justice league movie. Love to hear your thoughts about this keep up the great work
Christopher Gerstle writes: You guys spend a lot of time reminding us that all film is subjective and that just because someone else hates a film that does not affect your own enjoyment of that film. I recently saw a video that emphasizes that point where popular internet critic Doug Walker listed his top ten films he hates but everyone else likes and his top ten films he likes but everyone else hates. In the spirit of "all film is subjective", I'd like you guys to list your top three films you like but everyone else hates and vice versa. For me, the films I hate are 1) Spirited Away, 2) District 9, and 3) Inception, and the three films I like but everyone else hates are 1) Superman Returns, 2) Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and 3) Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Drew Bender writes: Greetings and salutations movie talkers. Love the show, keep up the good work! My question is, will we ever see a Ghostbusters 3 or reboot of the series in the near future? I really enjoyed the movies and the animated series and want to see more.
