It has still got the luxurious interior though. You can tell this is a 2014 Rapide S thanks to the front end which sports an open mouth look with the integrated carbon fiber lip in the front fascia. The body lines scream sultry Aston Martin and the 20-inch rims look great. Out back the taillights and rest of the rear end looks just like the other cars in the Aston Martin family. The whole package is sexy, good looking, and pure Aston Martin.Under the hood of the 2014 Aston Martin Rapide S lives the heart of this car: a 6.0 liter V-12 engine that produces 550 horsepower and 457 lb-ft. of torque. Put the Rapide in "Sport" mode and the whole dynamic of the car changes. The personality changes from a subtle and sleek car to a sports sedan. All that power, plenty of torque, and great noise all from a sports car with 4 seats. The gearbox is the latest Touch-tronic that gets rid of the slop seen in older transmission. Also wonderfully suited is the Adaptive Dampening Suspension. The normal mode is quite comfortable, the sport mode lives between street and track, and the Track mode really firms up the car. There are some things on the inside of the car that aren't so great. The Aston Martin Vanquish has a great center stack compared to the Rapide S.The 2014 Aston Martin Rapide S is all about shifting down, hammering forth, hearing the engine, and seeing the road open in front of you.See More Car Videoshttp://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/Join Our Facebook Pagehttp://www.facebook.com/autobytel
