With Venezuela in turmoil, more than one million people have fled to neighboring Colombia. In the capital Bogotá, the first migrant camp is lacking food and has no heating or sanitation. Hundreds of Venezuelans are finding it hard to survive there and authorities are becoming increasingly overwhelmed.
