Polls for European parliamentary elections have opened across the United Kingdom - despite more than half of voters saying they wanted to leave the European Union in a 2016 referendum. Much political turmoil over Brexit remains. British Prime Minister Theresa May is fighting for her job with even some of her cabinet ministers revolting over her latest Brexit withdrawal plan. Last night a key pro-Brexit minister, Andrea Leadsom, resigned over the revised approach, saying it does not put the country on the path to delivering Brexit. But thus far, Britain's leader is standing firm and rejecting calls to stand down.
