- Mindful Warmup
- Sun Salutations (5 reps)
- HIIT Upper & Lower Planks
- HIIT Yoga Pushups
- HIIT Dolphin Pushups
- HIIT Downward Dog Leg Swings
- Deep Stretches

Total Workout Time: 25 minutes
Best Results: Do this sequence 3 - 4 times weekly for a deep stretch and to tone the arms!
