Seven days after Cyclone Idai made landfall in Africa, a lot of people are still struggling to cope with the aftermath. Mozambique has declared a national state of emergency as it faces catastrophic flooding in Idai's wake. Idai turned lowlands near the city of Beira into an inland sea. More rain is expected in the coming days and the dire situation for tens of thousands of survivors is expected to get worse.
