On this episode of AMC Mail Bag (Sunday September 1st 2013) we talk the following viewer questions:

Dave Kiely writes: Hey guys love the show and keep up the great work. So with the latest rumor that Star Wars Episode 7 is being pushed to a December 2015 release I think it takes it out of contention for highest grossing film of 2015 but do you think it will now be the highest grossing film for 2016? What are your thoughts?

Lee Arnold writes: John keeps on saying remakes don't affect anyone, but there isn't an infinite amount of money in the movie world. A remake movie means that you are probably losing an original story movie or an independent film (or a few) don't get picked up and don't receive the financial advertising push and so get lost but for a few people.

Mark writes: Hey guys. Really enjoy the show. I just wanted to see if you saw the rumors that Christopher Nolan has dropped out of the Man of Steel sequel. Obviously this has not been confirmed by Warner Bros or Nolan himself so my first question is do you think there's any truth to this rumor? Secondly, if in some world it ends up being true, how much trouble would MOS 2 be in if Nolan isn't involved in some capacity?

Bryan Hultgren writes: Hey guys, love the show. One topic you discussed on the show some time ago was if WB will reboot Green Lantern for a Justice League movie or not. I think they should, and recast someone else as Hal Jordan, but I still think they should keep Mark Strong from the 2011 film as Sinestro. He did a real good job with the role and I still think he has so much to offer for the character (what we didn't see in the movie). Do you think he can still play Sinestro, or should Sinestro also be recast? Why or why not? Thanks!

Gerald writes: I understand that Disney does not own the film rights to Spider-Man or X-Men, but could Disney still produce cartoons or have Spidey appear with Mickey on the Disney Channel? Also, could either Spider-Man or Wolverine show up in a Pixar movie, like possibly Toy Story 4?

Anthony writes: There has been a lot of talk lately about Sony developing a possible Spider-Man Cinematic universe. If this were to happen, what films other than Spider-Man do you think would work? The only characters that come to mind are Venom and Black Cat spin-offs, and of course the most talked about Sinister Six. Do you think spin-offs could work, and for which characters? Spider-Man alone has so many magnificent stories to tell on his own, so I don't know if spin-offs are necessary to really expand his film universe. Thank you guys, love the show, and keep up the good work!

Sal DiNoto writes: Greetings and salutations AMC Movie Talk Crew, I hope you're all doing well. I was wondering if Marvel/Disney could use the term Adamantium? If they can, do you think Ultron's body will be made of Adamantium?
