The 2017 124 Spider is based on the Mazda MX-5 chassis. But FIAT wanted to make sure this car showed an Italian design which is evident in many of the exterior styling cues. Prices start at $24,995 with the Lusso model seen here going for $27,495.

Under the hood FIAT also took a different route from Mazda offering a more powerful 1.4 liter Multi-Air Turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that makes 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft. of torque.

When it comes to a 2-door roadster your options are limited to the MX-5 Miata, the FIAT 124 Spider, or the Nissan 370Z.
