http://www.autobytel.com/mitsubishi/mirage/2014/ From 1978-2003 Mitsubishi produced a car called the Mirage. This model morphed into the Lancer/Dodge Colt. Then for the 5th Generation the Mirage came back here in the U.S. only to die once again in 2003. Once more though for the 2014 model year the Mirage has been resurrected. This time though Mitsubishi came back with a sub-compact car capable of netting over 40 MPG combined. The base price is $12,995 which makes the Mirage on of the lease expensive cars on the Market.Right away it's clear you are looking at a Mitsubishi product especially up front where the bumper and fascia is very similar to that of the new Outlander. There are a few design elements that give some sporty characteristics to an otherwise unsporty car. Plus the Kiwi Green paint job seen here is pretty unique. One of the more interesting parts to the Mirage is the little engine under the hood. Gone is the 4-cylinder engine replaced by a 1.2 liter 3-cylinder engine that makes 74 horsepower all in the name of fuel efficiency. Around town the 2014 Mirage is rated at 34 MPG while freeway driving figures are said to be 42 MPG. The Mirage comes with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.The 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage is a small affordable sub compact car that provide a lot of value and even a bit of fun for your money. On paper the Mirage does no sound very appealing but it's loaded with great features like push button start, proximity key, power locks, and it's fun to drive.See More Car Videoshttp://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/Join Our Facebook Pagehttp://www.facebook.com/autobytel
