Hyundai has split the Santa Fe into 2 different versions. The Santa Fe Sport is a smaller 5-passenger model while the regular Santa Fe is a 7-passenger crossover. The Santa Fe Sport has a base price of just under $25k with the model reviewed here starting at $30k. Hyundai redesigned this vehicle for the 2013 model year with a new design language called Storm Edge which is making its way onto other newly redesigned Hyundai cars.

There are 2 different engine options on the Santa Fe Sport. The base model has a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder that makes 190 horsepower and 181 lb-ft. of torque while getting 20 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway. The second engine is a turbocharged 2.0 liter 4-cylinder that makes 264 horsepower and 269 lb-ft. of torque while getting practically the same fuel economy.

The new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is stylish, roomy, practical, and safe.
