At least five tourists were killed in New Zealand when Whakaari volcano erupted off New Zealand's Northern Island. Questions have been raised about why people were allowed to visit the rumbling volcano that forms White Island after an increase in volcanic activity. Police are now launching an investigation into the deaths of the tourists.
