Tunisian officials have confirmed a landslide election victory for Kais Saied, largely due to the strong turnout of young voters. The 61-year-old former law professor is now set to become president. The vote was closely watched, as it was only the second democratic election since an uprising in the country helped spark the Arab Spring in 2011. Saied thanked the country's young people for turning a new page, and vowed to try to build a new Tunisia. DW's Aya Ibrahim provides analysis of Saied's stunning victory and how he pulled it off.
