"Employment is a right". Eva talks passionately about why the youth is the 3rd pillar for job creation using the natural life cycle. Governments in Africa have over the years struggled with creating employment for its young people with not many success stories. Eva takes a look at the situation and explains why it is possible.

Eva LOKKO is the CEO of Totally Youth, an NGO that grooms young people to start and run their own businesses. She is the first Satellite Communications Engineer in Ghana and the first woman engineer in Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC). She is the only female Director-General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation since its inception in 1935 and managed the state broadcaster's transition to digital radio and television production then to satellite transmission and digital-ready broadcasting nationwide.
Eva Lokko is recognized globally for her contribution to high profiled conferences such as the Yale Conference on Women Development, FISCA, INET, NEPAD, UNDP-HDR, ICANN, ADF and the UNDP.
Her works in youth activism is unrivalled n supporting unemployed graduates into careers and businesses through her NGO.
