Technology now is not just about boots and overalls, but of high heels and all the fancy dresses, so where are the women in the ICT workforce? Patricia talks about the age of the girl-geek: Women leading Ghana's technological catch-up in the next decade.

Patricia OBO-NAI is the Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone Ghana, one of Ghana's competitive Telecom Companies. She is currently Ghana's first and only CTO in the telecommunications industry. With 17 years in the industry, Patricia has served in various top positions in other telecommunication companies across the continent. She effectively ensured the major transaction of Monetizing Millicom's passive infrastructure valued at millions of dollars; delivering the biggest fibre project in Millicom's Africa operations of over 950km of fibre; expansion of the company's network from an average of 300 base station to over 1000 in 3 years despite the challenges with network deployment in Ghana.
