They say there are a thousand ways to roast pork, which doesn’t prevent me from trying to come up with a few new ones, like this experiment in “plastering” pork. While this looked incredibly bizarre coming out of the oven, the tacos it produced were amazing, especially topped with this easy apple jalapeño salsa.
