This is super easy tasty and crispy.
Pork belly-----1 1/2 KG
Five spice-----2 TBSP
Vinegar--------20 ML
Lemon jiuce--20 ML
Soy sauce----40 ML
Banana ketsup-40 ML
Sugar-------------2 TBSP
Msg---------------1/2 TSP
Ground black pepper-1/2 TSP
Salt----------------1/2 TSP
METHOD
Mix all the spices and sauces to a bowl then rub or brush to the pork belly and let it sit for 8 hours or over night.Set the oven at 250 degree fahrenheit and start cooking the belly for 1 1/2 hour. Once the skin is Dark brown and crispy outside and soft in the inside it means it is ready to be served. ENJOY
