START BY SEARING THE PORK IN HOT OIL FOR 7 MINS AND SET ASIDE
IN A LARGE PAN ADD OIL GARLIC STAR ANISE BAY LEAVES ONIONS NOW ADD THE PORK SOY SAUCE OYSTER SAUCE GREEN ONIONS SUGAR SALT PEPPER AND WATER AND COOK FOR 4HRS TOTAL
AFTER 2 HRS NOW ADD THE FLOUR WATER MIX
NOW ADD THE BOK CHOI COOK FOR 3 MINS AND IT IS DONE
