Muslims in the southern Philippines have voted in a referendum that could grant them more autonomy. It's the culmination of a peace process aimed at ending decades of separatist violence. 2.8 million people in the volatile Mindanao region were asked if they back a plan by Muslim separatists and the government to create a new self-administered area.
