Polls have opened in Israel's second general election this year. It's expected to be a tight race. Hopes are high that today's election will end the political crisis that began after the last election in April, when Netanyahu was unable to form a government. Netanyahu faces a close challenge from former army chief Benny Gantz, who is running as a centrist.
