Pinna Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
1. ½ Pineapple, cut into cubes
2. 1 Mango, cut into cubes
3. 1 cup Coconut Milk
4. 1 cup Lettuce

Green Hulk Smoothie
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Spinach
2. 1 Green Apple, sliced
3. 1 Celery Stalk, sliced
4. 1 Banana, sliced
5. 1 Cucumber, sliced
6. 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
7. 1 cup Water (or Coconut Water)

Steps:
Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
