Unions in France have called a general strike to protest against the policies of President Emmanual Macron. Demonstrations are set to take place across the country throughout the day. Some representatives of the Yellow Vest protest movement have called for a 'total shutdown' across France. The Yellow Vests started demonstrating last year against policies they say favour the rich. Now the movement is at a crossroads on how to stay unified and deal with Macron.
