China is promoting its social credit system values with support of several pop music stars as the Communist Party is preparing for a nationwide rollout of the system starting next year. The social credit system has raised many eyebrows overseas, though its own citizens seem more open to the idea. Already partially in place in some pilot cities, is this taking Beijing's surveillance to a whole new level.
