Chicken Tomato Pasta Pinoy Style - Tagalog Videos - Filipino Food

Ingredients for this chicken pasta in English.
Penne pasta------500 gm
Chicken breast---1/4 kg
Peeled tomatoes-1 tin
Tomato paste-----135gm
Onion---------------1 large size
Tomato-------------1 large size
Carrots-------------120 gm
Bell pepper--------100gm
Fresh coriander---3 twigs
Garlic paste-------1 tbsp
Salt-----------------1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper-1/2 tsp
Water
Cooking oil
METHOD
Heat some oil add the garlic paste onion and tomato cook for 3 minutes. add the chicken and saute for another 3 minutes. now add the carrots and bell pepper stir for 2 minutes. add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste and 300 ml of water. Bring it to a boil for 5 min.then add the cooked pasta some salt ground black pepper and fresh coriander cook for another 3 minutes. Enjoy
