5 WHOLE GARLIC CLOVES (CRUSHED)
SALT PEPPER
3 TBSP FISH SAUCE
2 MILD WHOLE CHILLI
1 PACKET TINOLA SEASON MIX
WATER
1 CUP WATER SPINACH OR BOK CHOI
2 CUPS PEAR SQUASH (CHAYOTE)
OIL
START BY ADDING THE WHOLE GARLIC TO HOT OIL AND COOK FOR 2 MINS.
ADD THE GINGER, ONION, AND CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 5 MINS
NOW ADD THE TINOLA MIX, SALT PEPPER, FISH SAUCE AND COVER WITH WATER, COOK FOR 10 MINS
ADD THE CHAYOTE/SAYOTE AND COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
FINALLY, ADD THE WATER SPINACH AND WHOLE CHILLI, COOK FOR 4 MINS AND WE ARE DONE.
