More people are needing to plug in as they buy more electrified vehicles — to the point where plug-in hybrids are pulling into spots alongside full battery-electric vehicles. An appropriate move for a vehicle with a smaller battery, or do we need to address some changes in etiquette so electric cars aren't stuck somewhere where all EV charging stations are full, and those EVs won't be able to charge for their return journeys?
