Bolivia's legislature has passed a law allowing for new elections without exiled former president Evo Morales. Once formally approved, the bill will cancel the results of a disputed poll last month. A caretaker government has been struggling with weeks of unrest since Morales was forced to resign under pressure from the military. He had just won an unprecdented fourth term, but international inspecors claimed irregularities. Dozens of people have died in clashes since the caretaker government took office.
