Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has rejected an offer of aid from G7 countries to fight the fires in the Amazon. The group said it would give Brazil 20 million dollars to help contain the blazes. But Bolsonaro questioned their motives. Earlier he had accused G7 host and French President Emmanual Macron of treating Brazil like a "colony." Over 80,000 fires have been detected in the Amazon since January, many of which are out of control.
