As firefighters struggle to contain vast arcticwildfires in Siberia, some Russian officials say they've had to give up their efforts in a few of the most remote areas. In the hard-hit Krasnoyarsk region, residents are choking on smoke from the forest fires. Greenpeace meanwhile has sounded the alarm over the environmental impact of the wildfires, calling them a climate catastrophe.
