So you've done it. You went to university and you survived. What's life after that? Have you realized what you've overcome? Remember day one of university. Young and so much sass. But what you don't see are the four years were filled with growth. Holding back your own hair at your fave bar. Getting your first D+. Loving so blindly that your heart wants to burst. Hangover breakfast every Sunday. Learning how to write 13 page papers in one night. Getting postcards from friends. Learning how your body deals with eight cups of coffee. Learning what friendships truly mean when you were held when couldn't hold all the pieces together yourself. This is it. This is the moment you've been waiting for. What is beyond the frontier of student life after almost 17 years? We'll see what it meant for Josée through experiences with mental health, queerness, working, loving, hurting, healing...all in four years.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
