There is a decline in play in both adults and youth in North America. This decline in the ability to play and have fun is having profound impacts on our mental and physical well being. Play is something we can benefit from. This talk is about what factors are causing this fall in play and how skateboarding and skateboard parks are one way we can start to re think about our sense of play
