Hey there! My name’s Katty and I’m gonna tell you about how I was trying to lose weight and where that has gotten me today. To make things a little more fun, my friends from Bright Side and me made this animated story. But I should warn you, that it’s not about any sure-fire ways of fighting fat. It’s about something bigger than that. And here it is.

- Keeping a diary and tracking your progress really helps, and sharing your experience with others keeps you motivated not to give up on your weight-loss goals.
- I decided to start with something that was meant for me. It was all going well until I got to the exercise part. Either I wasn’t doing something right or I’m seriously way more out of shape than I realized (probably the latter), but I could NOT last a minute in this torture device called a “plank.”
- Maybe I should let some magical drink do all the hard work for me and give this “2 Cups a Day for 1 Week” thing a go?
- Someone told me it might be my routine habits to blame for my “fatastrophic” situation. “7 Morning Habits that Prevent You from Losing Weight,” Um, yes please, sign me up!
- Everybody’s constantly raving about exercise, so I decided to give it another shot. Remember how me and the plank just didn’t see eye-to-eye? Well, get this: I found a different routine that doesn’t involve planking.
- Nothing has helped. I didn’t wanna have to do this, fat, but you’ve left me with no other choice! For a food junkie like myself, there’s only one drastic solution: fasting.
- Okay, maybe I just need more motivation.
- As long as I keep my weight under certain limits, like it’s not giving me any serious health issues, I can do anything my heart desires no matter what my weight is.
