It's that time of year again when we all have the sniffles. Except of course if you are fortunate enough to live below the equator, South Africa and Australia subs that means you!
Back to us plebs living above the equator, the winter chill has set in and you start sneezing and coughing and spluttering, and if you get it bad your temperature goes sky high. What's going on?
Well, your body heats up a few degrees to fight those nasty viruses that are attacking your system, that's why you get the sweats!
We should also say if you are experiencing prolonged symptoms of any kind you should seek advice from a health professional.
