Did you know that the raw clay that these pots are made from have to be thoroughly cleaned, filtered and water-extracted before it can be used ? Then, each pot is literally hand made like a piece of pottery art. Each of consistent size and design specifications. The last process is the baking, which could take over 48 hours. The end product is an essential item for bak kut the and claypot chicken rice traders. Mr Ng said that he has kept his specifications as consistent as possible and he can recognize his unique "trademark" designs.
