Here, we are making quick Chicken Rice Balls.. They are super quick and simple to make, full of Asian flavour. If you have fussy kids who don't finish their rice, they will definitely love these rice balls.. They also make a wonderful Party appetiser, just use cocktail picks to serve!
2 cups cooked rice
500 gms minced chicken
3 Tbsp spring onion bulbs
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
2 Tbsp spring onion greens
2 Tbsp cilantro/ coriander
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika / mild chilli powder
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
Oil as needed
2-3 eggs beated with salt and pepper
