showcases colonial buildings that had stood the test of time. Interestingly, there is always something new to discover amongst this rows of shops that caters for office workers during lunch time. This video captures a corner shop that sells Haianese Chicken Rice. The unusual thing is that this stall has a Malaysian Indian lady as the operator.
Indeed, this shows the varied cultural and racial mix that is truly Malaysia ! The chicken rice is served with bean sprouts and soup ,and there is also "car siew" barbeque pork if you want. The lunch time crowd is evident. Take a slow walk around Lebuh Ampang and discover something special for yourself.
